Some of the nicest conversations we have, happen in person. There is something about being able to pick up a scarf, feel the weight of it, hold it up to the light and see how the colours move, tricky to replicate in a photograph.

Throughout the year we take Cotswold Knit to a carefully chosen handful of fairs and shows, from Oxfordshire gardens to the great craft fairs of the north, from flower shows to Christmas markets in London. These are the events I genuinely look forward to: slow, considered, full of people who care deeply about how things are made.
