Delivery & Shipping
Unfortunately we can’t currently ship to Europe, but we do ship to America and the rest of the world. Please see below for shipping costs and estimated delivery times.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK
- FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £150 We aim to dispatch these orders within one or two working days, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.
- UK STANDERED DELIVERY – £5 We aim to dispatch these orders within one or two working days, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.
- UK EXPRESS DELIVERY – £10 If you place your order before 12 noon your order will be dispatched same day using Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service. This will usually arrive the next day, but is not guaranteed.
SHIPPING OVERSEAS
- SHIPPING OVERSEAS – £40 We typically use DHL or UPS to ship overseas and aim to dispatch these orders within one or two working days. This service will usually arrive in two or three days, but is not guaranteed.
- TAX & DUTY – All prices on the website include 20% UK VAT. This will be deducted at the check-out for all non-UK customers. Please note tax and duty will be charged by DHL or UPS. They will email you directly with information regarding this payment.
If your order is placed on a Friday or over the weekend, your item will be shipped on the following Monday. Delivery times provided are estimates to be used as a guideline only. Cotswold Knit cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, busy holiday periods or customs delays.
All our shipping services are trackable – you will be emailed to let you know when your parcel will be delivered and how to make alternative delivery arrangements if needed.
