Airing is best
Wool and natural fibres are naturally breathable and resistant to odours. This means they don’t need to be washed regularly in the same way that cotton and synthetics do. Instead, simply hang your knits in a cool, airy place to let the fibres freshen up. (never in direct sunlight, it can fade colours slightly)
This gentle approach helps keep knits in great shape and colours will last longer too.
We love spritzing with a little Knitwear Mist from Cloths Doctor for a wonderful just washed smell. It’s also works as a moth repellent too.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK
- FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £60 – We aim to dispatch these orders within one or two working days, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.
- UK STANDERED DELIVERY £5 – We aim to dispatch these orders within one or two working days, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.
- UK EXPRESS DELIVERY £10 – If you place your order before 12 noon your order will be dispatched same day using Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service. This will usually arrive the next day, but is not guaranteed.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your order, then it can be returned or exchanged provided that the items are in saleable condition and unworn.
All goods brought online must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning an item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. Please use an insured and signed for trackable service when returning.
